I would guess because it has the stock control arms and knee action shocks, and they handle like a barge in water. A MII with updated arms will make it ride and handle much nicer.

That's a great '40 Chevy coupe. Besides the steering wheel, looks like other options on it as well. Is that a Californy plate I see on the back?
