Well every time I get a project idea and I google it, it shows up on the hamb when I'm trying to identify this 3spd or that nail head adapter its on the hamb so now I too am on the hamb! I sold all my cars when graduated highschool to go to college currently seeking my degree in electrical engineering. Ive managed to save some cash against all odds and have been stalking the cl***ifieds here but thought it only fair to introduce myself. Well I'm young but I do have experiance with early nailheads and fe engines that may be the only help I can provide for now just mostly absorbing the wealth of knowledge here. I drag race everything I own at every opportunity. My grandfather got me into cars he raced stock cars after the war and drag raced a little. He owned a garage in illinois and was know for working on early Chevy fuelies the Benson 90, he called it, was his '32 ford stock car raced in that area and at tri-counties raceway I believe amoung other places this is just from memory he p***ed 12 years ago when I was 13, he wouldnt talk about the war but love to talk cars unfortunatly thats all I remember. yeah guilty as charged, this site really is a wealth of first hand knowledge for pre 60's cars I cant add to it that much but thought id finally give it a go wasn't, fair just to leach off others. love to hear from fl I attend all the events in central fl, turkey rod, old town etc sadly our drag strip has closed but let me know if your ever in area
