Does anyone know where you can buy a front brake drum for a 1950 Chevy Styleline. I have looked in all the places that I know of and nobody has a listing and that includes Chevs of the 40 & The Filling Station? Or does anyone have any for sale?

  2. I know for sure there's (a used) one or two on a 50 styleline at Springerville Auto Wrecking in Springerville, AZ. PH 928-333-2230

'49 or '50, front or rear will work. I would think with all the MII and disc brake conversions going on you could find one right here in the classifieds. Also check Craigslist and e-bay, lots of old Chevy parts can be found on the net.

The one on e-bay is for a truck and rockauto was a no listing. I also figured with all the mustang 2 conversions that it would be easy also.

Strangely enough I've found stuff like that at NAPA and O'Reilly's.

  10. I'll second the suggestion of getting in touch with Flat Top Bob,,he has helped me so many times find parts that were unavailable locally.

Bob's in Wellington,Texas and is one heck of a good guy to deal with. HRP
