Here are a few pics of his Challenger...
The Hemi had a nicely done intake, these guys are not traditional but they have some real talent.

The details were breath-taking. Really needs to be seen in person. It was hard to get a good shot cuz of all the people around. Rudy had to kinda hold them back while I took the top one.

It looks too cartoonish, like the Dub City toys.

Just not for me, I guess.

    It's a nice car.
    I love Cudas and Hemis.

But isn't that car pretty much the ANTI-HAMB?

    YUP,
gotta agree with you, hemis and cudas are great, but the wheels make my lunch wanna come back n haunt me............finish and workmanship however look awsome.

The wheels ruin that car. My other car is a '70 Challenger. Mopar musclecars are/were my entry drug to 'hot rods'.

Photoshoppers please throw some (fi teen inchers) Reverse chrome milners and Bias ply www's .... Or some Fat White Wall Cheaters and Original Americans out back and Americans & www's up front .... lol...

That ride does have some very nice lines and sits good, just way too much wheel specially in back shoulda stayed with the same size wheel as the fronts, Good Gawd...:D

Nice quality work, but Alloway builds those hideous Speedstar Rats Gl*** cars. He has worse taste than Boyd or anybody. Those wheels are heinous. I can just hear the rap music coming out of that car. Pah!

The whole trend brought about by these big wheel people kinda reminded of Connestoga wagon wheels.....maybea they're just going super retro...:)

At least he's got some tire under it....enuff sidewall to make it look better. I'd drive it.

Loose the wheels, I really like muscle cars (**** I like most cars) but I just HATE those big *** hot wheels wheels on em. I like traditional for just about any era. That car would ROCK with some SS Cragars or something more traditional for the 70's. It would look 10 times better IMO if they went with a more american racing SCCA look from the 70's front air dam etc.

Muscle cars should not have huge rims with low profile tires, leave that **** to the euro cars...

Alloway isn't building traditional hot rods but what he is building is as nice as anyone could ever hope for. I certainly appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into his cars. The man is as good as it gets.

(and FWIW, I think the 'Cuda kicks ***!)

Here's a folder of a few pics I took of Alloway's car. We were pretty stoked with the way it came out, because it features one of our new "muscle car" ch***is underneath it.

The top of the roof to the ground - 47"
    Ground clearence - 4"
    6th gear @ 1900 rpm - 120mph

    Your welcome sweetheart......you've got mail.

I'm sitting here kinda chuckling to myself about some of the comments here which I can imagine are exactly the kind of comments folks made when Barris, Roth, etc, starting building and displaying "Show Rods" back in the day. :D
