Transmission munts on a 41 Oldsmobile 66

My transmission mounts are bad on my 41 Olds, Is there someone that can vulcanize new ones or is there a way I can do it myself?. The catch is they are part of the transmission.

 

Look up Steele rubber,I dont have any contact info at this moment but they do stuff like that.
