I found a car in Red Oak that is for sale. The owner has told me that the rockers do have some rust, but I'm trying to figure out if there are any other serious rust issues with the car.
Please PM me if this is an area that would be easily accessible for you if you're willing to do an inspection. I would be willing to cover fuel costs if that's a factor.

Here`s a bump for ya. I live in Red Oak, but a different state.

  3. I don't know where Red oak is, but if I was in Arizona I wouldn't even think about buying a car from Missouri. If it has rusty rockers, you can bet everything else is rusty too. Is it a one of a kind car?

Are you speaking of Red Oak, or Red Oak II. Red Oak II is just outside Carthage, Mo off of old Route 66. I organized a cruise to Red Oak II on one of the early HAMB Drags.

Red Oak II is not a long ways from me, but I rarely go to that area. However, I might find someone to help. PM me some details.

what you think of as a rusty car is considered incredibly well preserved in places like Missouri. Unless it is something really unusual and hard to find, I'd take advantage of your location, even if it cost a bit more.
