Sorry, the color is great but fender skirts and a continental kit on a Forty? When I saw that car at GNRS I almost puked.

I'm not a fan of fender skirts on Forty Fords but in this case it works,,I mean the car is a custom not a hot rod.

As for color it's a **** shoot but I would thing the guy that owns it could shed light on the color. HRP

That's a great color and a great looking mild custom 40. I'd probably loose the continental spare tire real quick if it was mine but otherwise the car rocks.

Personally i'm not into pretty colors. To me it over powers the beauty of the rest of the car and you just look at the paint. Ever notice the exotics of old never had flashy colors except reds of course. The where mostly pastels.
    My 2 cents.

I agree on some cars- the Zephyr that Boyd did was a beautiful car until they painted it. I know you guys don't like BC but that was nice metalwork.

Cool '40 - even with skirts & such

WOW Look how straight it is! Not much of a Continental kit fan but otherwise that thing is perfect!

The only thing "wrong" with that 40 is that i don't own it....... he said with admiring envy....
