Hey ya'll, starting to get rolling on a 41 3/4 ton truck. Anyone put the body on a newer 4x4 frame(72-87)? Any advise?

advice on the project?? well there is a 46 ford on a 4 wheel drive ch***is setting at perkins corner in a junk yard. somebody put a lot of work into it. i know another guy that put '40 ford on a 4 wheel drive ranger ch***is. he tried every thing to make it work. he finally widened out the body. the last time i talked to him he sounded defeated. you can rap up a turd, and in the end its still a peice of ****
Welcome from up north. Anything can be made to fit anything else but always remember, just because you can doesn't mean you should.
Where from in Iowa? Just curious as a college friend in north Iowa had an old '41 that his Grandpa bought new and he was intending to build.
