Here is a trophy I made last night after I closed the shop. It s for the Buffalo motorama open wheel show figured I ought to contribute instead of always studying everyone elses work! You guys are great I always look forward to seeing who is doing what. Great minds and visions guys and gals.

Just finished up this painting this morning. Paint was still a bit wet when I took the picture.

 

Thanks D-Type. I can't possibly figure out why this one appeals to you...
No plans to take it further, beyond tweaking a couple inaccuracies on the exhaust dump and the back ground.
I don't work from photos typically but I saw this in a 75th anniversary celebration sight and had to add a driver
and some action... If you really like it, PM me... the sketch is on heavy bond, acid free paper @ 9" x 12"...
