Ok, I'm down to the bare floor boards in my 65 Riviera, what's the best stuff? and why? I was going to go with Dynamat, but had someone tell me that Hush mat is better. Looking for some opinions and any technical advice about putting it down before I get started. Any info is appreciated.
It is personal opinion on a lot of the products. Iv'e seen some issues with older Dynamat and how it attracted water. It could have been due to leaks in the car, you never know. Search, tons of good resources. Mike

check into fatmat, they have a product called rattletrap that is thicker, same product as dynamat for a third of the price, great for sound proofing.
This is what im getting for my chevy.. Ive heard good things about this and there is some testimonials and a heat test done my a customer on the website.. priced way cheaper than the fancy stuff... he's a HAMBer too and offers discounts to Alliance members.. good luck.. http://www.lobucrod.com/
