Ok, I'm down to the bare floor boards in my 65 Riviera, what's the best stuff? and why? I was going to go with Dynamat, but had someone tell me that Hush mat is better. Looking for some opinions and any technical advice about putting it down before I get started. Any info is appreciated.

It is personal opinion on a lot of the products. Iv'e seen some issues with older Dynamat and how it attracted water. It could have been due to leaks in the car, you never know. Search, tons of good resources. Mike

Lizzard skin has been good for us. If you ever have a fire you dont want a tar based product.

check into fatmat, they have a product called rattletrap that is thicker, same product as dynamat for a third of the price, great for sound proofing.
