Also just finished rebuilding a 1966 ford f100 240 ran a mild towing cam in it just got it running yesterday runs like a top excited to see if it has much of a power difference. When I pulled it apart 5 out of the 6 top rings were broke it was already bored 60 thou so I had to go another twenty it is now running 390 pistons also

Thank you. Well I have the 66 that I just posted about and I also have another one identical to it but with a 300 I6 and my 68 mustang with a 289 in it that I am in the middle of a high rise intake electronic ignition and a bigger radiator. This 240 that i just rebuilt is my first inline gas that I have rebuilt I love that little engine I'm trying to gather another 300 right now and build it to run dual carbs I have a 240 head to put on it and will prob port and polish it and put the bigger chev valves in it. Just another slow build working on a budget haha
