My '56 sedan delivery project

HAAHHAHAHAHAAH!!! That could be arranged..... in trade for say.... a 56 chevy!? HAHA!

 

nothing like a delivery, they get lots of looks and you can crash out in the back. I drive mine everyday that I can enjoy it!

 

you ever going to get those axles built bud? April is just around the corner...

How's the progress? I bought a 57 Sedan Delivery in June that had sat since 72, when it was retired as an O/SA Junior Stock Cl*** drag car. And, I still have my 56 Sedan Delivery. Then, 3 weeks ago, I sold the 57 SD, and bought another 56 SD; a very nice, running, driving car. I plan on making some changes to it to make it more "mine". I wish i could post pics. Keep on " Deliveryn' ". Butch/56sedandelivery.

 

Hey whats up Ronnie! Weather ain't too bad these days actually, but its nothin like sunny CA. Cruisin all winter, you guys are killin me!!

Thats cool man. I'm diggin the Jr. Stock tri fives especially. If you are ever able to post pics of these cars please do. No progress on mine in the last couple months. Axles still broke. Too cold to drive it anyway but it'll be ready for spring. Plan on putting an automatic in it and havin some fun, hopefully make a couple races and get some timeslips. Tryin to save to buy a house at the same time and it's tough to do both. Anyway good to hear from you thanks Butch.

 

Didn't have time to make a camera mount for a 1/4 mile p*** but heres a cruise thru the pits in MoKan.

Glad you made it to MOKAN this year and the sedan delivery actually made a p***.

A 12 second street car is definately no slouch.

The 4spd is working great in the '55 , but the car is just not fast enough for me, so I got a deal on 4:11 posi 3 rd member which should help.
