this is my grandfathers first car, driven tll57 and then stored till 81 slowly restoring it, to much sentimental value to rod .plus it is super solid and a bit of a rare model (60b leatherback0, HOPEFULLY THIS PIC WORKS)

 

Nice project..I agree with you. Not every car needs to b hot roded. I look forward to seeing the car as it progresses.
