I know there have been alot of customer service rants about Mooneyes lately so I thought I'd share my latest experience. We ordered a couple hellings style air cleaners late yesterday afternoon and they just showed up! Pretty 'damn good service if ya' ask me. They are only a couple hours away but I'm still impressed with the service.

Thanks for reporting the good service news, usually you only hear about bad service from companies people have dealt with. :)

Every order I've ever placed arrived promptly and well packaged. No complaints here.

I've always had good luck with moon!

  6. I've always been pretty happy with moon, with the exception of a steering column that was back ordered and the order was lost.

Every other order was taken care of quickly and correctly.

I recently ordered a steering wheel from them. First item I have ever ordered because of all the rants I heard. They sent me a confirmation right away and said they would send shipping info. right away. I never got that shipping info., so I fired off a nasty gram to them a few days later. They called me personally to see whats up. The wheel came the next day. It was already en-route, but just forgot to send the shipping info. I kinda felt like an *** ripping into them, but I had heard so much bad and was not going to be patient. So, I too had a positive experience.

I have ordered parts from them before with out a problem in fact one of my orders I also ordered a shirt. When I got the order the shirt was not only stained but also the wrong size. I called and let them know and asked if i should just send the shirt back. They said no, keep the shirt and mailed me a new one the right size.
