Looking for axle rubber bumpers for my 36/37 chevy pickup project. All I found are the 1940-1955 ones at Jim Carters here....http://www.oldchevytrucks.com/cart/product.asp?prodid=ME758&i=10284||||| What years would fit my axle? 1934 to 1939? Anyone have the part numbers?... The metal housing on one of mine is shot....Any leads would be appreciated.
the ones on the '38 i am working on now are on the frame. although i do not have the rear axle. they are just a 1" wide strip of rubber about 4 inches long. i wonder if they are not original. the customer might be selling the rear, i will ask him.
