Hi everyone, I am new to the forum. Figured it was worth joining seeing all the shoebox fords on here. I bought a 1951 Ford 2dr sedan with a flat head 8ba v8/ 3 on the tree. Bought it as a barn find. ( my 5yr. old daughter named the car charlie)

I do love them "boxes". Good luck with the project. Charlie is a fine name. I have a 53 that needs some attention to get on the street I was told by a builder to spend at least 15 minutes a day on the car, to keep up the en thusiazem sp. Dang

Welcome from So Cal. Looks like a great start. I have wanted a shoebox since I was 14 (62 now) but always end up with something else.
    Good luck with the build.

Thanks Fellas, I think I fell into this one. Going to have a long history with this car.
