I am planning on going to the Rodder`s Journal show for the first time,I am driving in on Friday and trying to decide on a hotel. Is the Crown Plaza a good choice? Any advice would be appreciated.
    Thanks, Bruce

Thanks for coming to the show Bruce. Just so you know, we'll be opening up pre-registration shortly which will also include host hotel information and special TRJ Revival room rates, so if you hold off on making any reservations until we do that it will save you a few bucks on your hotel room. We'll be releasing all of that info later this month.
Looking forward to seeing everyone there again this year.

  4. Good advice, Curt. If anyone missed the event last year do yourself a big favor and plan on attending this time around. You won't regret it. It's one of the best........Don.:)

I understand that the Crown Plaza will be undergoing renovations beginning in late August. That may or may not be a problem by show time.

Here's a tip. If you are a AAA member, the room rates are a few bucks cheaper than the TRJ rates.

Graystoke - the Crowne Plaza is undergoing renovations now and they will be done long before our event in September. Also, the AAA room rate that weekend is $150/night. The Revival rate at the Crowne Plaza is $102. We just sent out an email today with links to all three host hotel reservations to the show. You can see that here:

I live in Baltimore, and any one of these places are good options, all within 15 minutes of the show grounds. Looking forward to seeing everybody in September.
