Chassis Research blue prints/build plans

I am looking for the blueprints or build plans for the "Chassis Research TE440" or similar. Our CC/MC is looking to build one as a group project. Anyone out there have them or know where I can get them? I found some discussion about this subject from 2009 on here but thought I'd start fresh with a new thread.
