16" wheels for Chevy 5 on 4 3/4" pattern?

I'm hoping someone out there can help me out. I race stock cars and it is becoming next to impossible to find a 15" tire. If I could find a relatively common 16" wheel to fit a 5 on 4.75" bolt pattern, that would clear the brake components I would have it made. Does anyone know of any 16" wheels out there that are readily available that fit?

If not my only options seem to be buying after market wheels for almost $90 a pop and hoping I don't bend them which is very common.

Or getting a wheel adapter and hoping it can withstand the abuse and still having to find a wheel with a bolt pattern that would work.

    Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
