Got a couple of frames for the deuce 5w which will need cutting for the 3 1/2 chop now on the car. The bottom on both frames seem to have more curve than the actual windshield opening. Any pics from the front of the gaps and showing the proper fitment of the frame much appreciated. thx

you can curve it to fit your body, just go slow and small amounts.

I've chopped 2 repro "Mr Roadster" ones for a 3 1/2'' chop: one I chopped 3" and one I chopped 2 1/2 inch - neither were high enough for a stock height wind screen, one was 1/2 inch too short and one was 1 inch too short. measure carefully and take your time, - had to tweek both to match curve on opening. Reason for doing 2 was that chrome plater didn't drill out holes between hinge mounting plates and acid wasn't washed out so windscreen frame rusted out within12 months. (expensive lesson).
