Bay area/central valley upholstery shops

Looking for a good shop to upholster my carson top....looking for someone one who has done one,, or atleast knows what a carson top is. I've been to a few shops and are stumped about how to do it... willing to pay for quality, but my financial advisor (aka wife) dosent want me to break the bank either......
