dumb 55 chev bumper question

Okay, I'm suffering from a substantial brain fart.
What is the ***y bar between the bumperettes called and anyone know where I can find a used one?
I'm not looking for the extra outside bumper garnish, just the centre bar an I'm damned if i can remember what they're called.

"Overrides" rings a bell, but I haven't seen the center one before. Might try Eckler's for a repop.

 

I always called it "that thing on top of the bumper guards"no body ever corrected me & everybody knew what I was talking about

 

I'm not certain it really has a name... I think it's just part of the accessory bumper over rider package. Not even sure if it was a factory accessory or a dealer only..

Yep -Griill Guard My first 55 ,a plain ole 150 had one. Didn't even have ability to roll down back windows but it had a Grill Guard

when stumped, it's a whatchamacallit. Can't go wrong. (By the way, as others stated, it's a Grill guard also referred to by some as a Overrider).

 

It's the dohickey on top of the whatchamacallit on the thingamabob.

 

i hate it when you engineering types use that technical jargon...
