2-barrel holley threads

    is there anyone that know how to restore fuel level needle threads in a 2x3 holley carb

    What is the holley number?. Is it not easier to change the bowl?

    the setup is for a427 chevy bb and seems that level plug on side is lover than 4-barrel.maby a way to get better idle and not flooding.
    here is all metric threads and all inch threads gone to s**** so is there anyone that knows what size treads it is in fuel boel on a holley

    Is fuel coming out of the sight plug hole? Those are extra-fine threads, forget about restoring them. You can get those clear plastic pugs, they have a co**** thread with an 'o' ring seal and screw them into the hole and the 'o' ring will fix a leak.
    That won't do any good for flooding and bad idle. That might well be the needle & seat sticking, with the air cleaner off it do you see fuel flooding out the top of the vent tube? If so, the needle & seat are sticking and you'll have to replace for reliablity.
    There is quite a few other things it could be, hard to give good advice without more info.

    i have bad threads where the needle goes in
