Introduction to Project and First Post

    HAMB,

    Here are some pictures of my first Rod. As with most beginners, I really didn't have a plan when I started and did most of what you see here before I found this board.

    The frame has the same proportions as a Model A. The body is a 1947 International pickup cab I found buried in the mud at a local junk yard along with the front axle and wishbones. The engine is a 394 Olds. I want to finish it in time to drive it to the Jalopy Showdown next year.

    is that a Ford trans on the back of that Rocket? :confused:

    Yes, I bought the adapter from Wilcap.

    Yes, especially since the doors are rougher than the body. My plan is to get it on the road and then make the decision.
