235ci / 3 speed clutch release bearing question

Hey hambers...so I have yet another favor/question to ask you guys..I'm using a 57 235ci with a 61 short shaft 3 speed..which clutch release bearing should I use I'm also using a 48-54 clutch fork to use the stock linkage...thanks for the input!

Depends on which style pressure plate you are using. Flat ,crown or 3 finger.
