Sorry I cannot help you with contact information but just wanted to say that "Legion Ascot" by Lucero is indeed a great book. Had my copy for years. Is it still available?
Not sure if the book is still in print - try auto-aero books... my copy is a loaner and well read and battered... but it is awesome.
FYI... it IS a GREAT book for photos. However, if you do your own research, as I have, you'll find that most of the text and photo captions are wrong.
