Hi I'm Bob and as you can tell I'm new here. I had an 800 HP 426 hemi in a prostreet 68 Barracuda for a while but it was just too much trouble for the street. I got rid of it and had a few other cars but none of them stayed around very long. Now my wife and I are wanting to get this 1954 Chrysler Imperial back on the road as a cruiser and run to all the get togethers we can find. We hit s few last year but the more we ran her the worse she ran. Sooo its rebuild time for the Hemi.
Forgot to say, she's almost 100% with No rust through cept the back of the rockers. The trunk and floors are still green paint not rust. Body has surface rust but not bad. looking forward to working on her with the wife.
Been thru your town a few times drivin 18 wheeler. You know the truck stop with the dirt lot across from it. Always ate good there for cheap, great hospitality.A real nice land yacht you got, it'll be a sweet streeter for sure. Anyway, welcome and a big How-Do from Arizona.
I think I saw your car at the Rythym and Ribs show in Ottawa and at the show in Lima at Clocktower Plaza. The one in Lima was just before it started pouring down rain. Then we went to the Kewpee for hamburgers. I will have to introduce myself if I see you out this summer.
