As my first post to the message board got a huge "Go fill out an intro first dumb%ss!"

I do chuckle a bit at the seriousness some people take themselves but in complete respect to the rules and regulations of the site that I should have made myself aware of before I posted: here is my intro.

I live in Colorado, have all but the 3 years i spent in LA. in 1990-1993.

I originally found this website by doing a search for metal fabricating, and I do think there are great ideas and resources here.

As for vehicles, I have a restored 73 camaro, and I have my dads old 1948 International truck that I really mean to get to someday. My first car was a 57 chevy 210 which was bought by my dad in 1957. I sold it in LA. I'm still kicking myself.

I now am in the planning (and money collecting) stages of building some kind of custom hot rod. Not sure what its going to be but it will be something different and very custom.

As for my first post about Street Rod Builder Mag, I only brought it up because the article of the guy in the newest issue with the 30 chevy made me think of this site and thought there may be someone else on here that would appreciate a guy who filled a top with a flat sheet of steel and then hammer and dollied it into shape, no english wheel. Am I wrong in thinking this???

This has been my intro, Respectfully - Guitarthug

Rules are rules no matter where you play. Why not Rod Dad's old Inty. That would be different.
