Check out the Coker web site they list a lot of tire sizes.

I used L-78-15's on the rear of my 32 pickup

    29.30 " HRP

I'm running the same L 78 x 15's as HRP on the back of my 27. They are about the tallest 15 inchers except for something like the Firestone slicks, which are about 30 inches tall.

Here are the L78 rears and 5.60 fronts I am running on my 27.

Looks like you mean radials from your avatar? 235/75/15 are 28.8" with 3 1/8ww.

My pickup and truck both run P265/75R15. Moderately wide (about eight inches tread), about thirty inches tall, easily available. Pretty sure whitewalls are available from specialty vendors (Coker and others).

I like the older style bias tires.. Firestone 8.20 for rear and Firestone 5.60 for the front.. They have a taller and narrower tread....

Your asking for tall skinny tires in 15 inch sizes but also asking about 20 inch wire wheels. What wheels are going on the car and do you want bias ply or radial construction?

Use your HAMB ALLIANCE discount, plus see if you can buy at a show. You save freight that way. I saved over $200 doing that. I got hamb discount, saved freight and show special pricing.

Sorry, I did ask about 15's. But I think the tallest I can get is 31's. Like I stated in the original post want something 33 to 35 so I guess I will have to move up to a 20" rim? Yes, bias ply. The only close show is in Des Moines and it was in July before I started this project. Not sure I can wait another year as I will be needing them soon to set up ride hieght.

Anyone tell me if a 820 15 is the tallest and skinniest tire you can get for a 15 in rim?

We just covered this topic on another site! I had to replace Koker wide whites on my '46 after only about 20K miles. The outer edges wore dangerously thin as if I had driven many miles under inflated. I check and keep my tires at Kokers recommended 35 psi. When I showed pictures and questioned Koker at Hershey I was told that their tires are for "show cars" and not drivers, WHAT!! This was backed up by several other Koker users on the site, because they were told the same thing! Next time I replace my tires and by looking at them it will be soon because they are starting to wear, I am going with Diamond Back Cl***ics, I'll never buy Kokers again!!!

Here's tip. Check out the diameter measurements on each tire you source. I'm running 235/15's on the back of my "A". I checked five different manufacturers for the same "size" tire. No two were the same. Each varied in diameter, some by as much as an inch.

Not sure of 820 15 specs. but the Diamondback 700R15 is 29.4 tall with 4.9" tread width.
