New Stude owner in DFW,TX

Hello, I recently purchased a 1950 Studebaker and am trying to find other Stude owners, as well as flathead fans, in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. One, just to meet up with other fans of old cars, and two, to help me learn more about working on flatheads. I have owned this car only since last September, but recently am having problems getting the car to start and I'm only basic in my mechanical abilities. I am on the Studebaker forum, but have not found anyone local that can help me diagnose my problem. Anyway, nice to be here. I'll search around and see what I can find, thanks.

 

Welcome from Kansas City, the Studebaker looks cherry! If you hadn't already, try searching the fourms and see if anyone has had the same questions...if nothing is found try posting in the main fourm. Note of caution though, searching the fourms can eaisly get you side tracked and before you know it your into projects for the back burner.
