    Help me Please!!!!!

I have a 1952 ford f1 that i cant find any vin tag or stampings anywhere on the frame rails or the tag in the glove box unfortunatly that is missing as is the firewall vin plate. i have searched the frame rails top to bottom front to back the frame has been boxed and smoothed so i stripped it to look for numbers no luck at all.
there is a number stamped into the top of the firewall almost center of the firewall just below the rolled edge at the top what is that number and is there a way to tie that to the vin # at all ?? please help me with this I love this truck but not sure what to do bout the vin to get the truck ***led and registered
thanks for any help you can give
