Green Dot is a prepaid credit card that can be reloaded remotely. Send your kid to college & tell him he'll have X amount on it to spend each month. On the 1st you send agreed amount to the card through Green Dot's system. Kid can't spend more than what you load. Jamaican scammers use it to get around W.U. operators(@ least some) refusing to send money to Jamaica

 

collage? trade school more likely. if he wants to go to collage then he better get his keester in gear and keep those grades up. he has a way to go.
