  9. Welcome from Kansas City (Spent a lot of time at Camp Dodge). Sounds like a great project to build, tell us a little more about yourself your skills and your club you started...all HAMB friendly I hope.

What kind of headers you running? Looking for something like that for my '31/427, bet the neighbors love 'em!

  12. Excellent direction with the upcoming show, remember...advertise, advertise, advertise far in advance. Hit up local shops and merchants for door prizes, small things help a successful show. Don't forget the local dealership(s), remind them if they offer a free oil change coupon as a door prize, that $20-30 investment got a new customer into their showroom while their car is being worked on, likely they will return. Just don't flood a helping donor with requests.

A show with a cause is something I would attend, besure to plan ahead for the 2nd year and best of luck!

If you get some sort of flyer printed up for your shows go talk to the owner of 'George the Chili King'. I'm pretty sure he is a car guy so he may offer something for a prize. At the very least it would be one more place to advertise as they have car show/cruise night flyers in the window every summer.
