. Damn this thing just keeps getting better!!! IMHO almost all '34s look better with a hood top. Love the hood on this one. .
Thanks..Here's a couple more shots, hood is off to the painter where it will be painted body color on top and firewall color underneath and then Herb Martinez will continue his Tommy the Greek pinstriping to finish it off.
Got the coupe home again with its new hood all fitted and painted up, and 30 minutes later Herb Martinez came over stole it to pinstripe it to match the rest of the Tommy the Greek style striping, also played around with some 56 Chevy lenses in my 58 Tail light housings and some louvered air cleaners for driving around,instead of the velocity stacks with no filters.

It's really refreshing to see a cat go the distance with a build. You didn't stop till it was period perfect no matter how much of a pain in the *** it was. Cause the car was plenty cool in its earlier incarnation but now it's looks dead on right. Nice work man! JohnnyA
