    from Mesa AZ

Hi Everyone. Just registered. Located in Mesa AZ. Building a 64 Suburban with an LT1 engine, 4L60E trans and a 293 posi. Since this Sub has been in Arizona all it's life all the rubber is rock hard and cracked. I am looking for the rubber mouldings for the rear side windows. Does anyone know of a supplier or is there a subsitute that can be used?
    Thanks.

Hey nomadtrans ! Im also in the process of redoing my 64 Sub(for the second time),and that included rebuilding my 4 slider windows out back. I was able to locate em at Truck Shop in Orange,Ca. Im pretty sure they have the kits for either "sliders' or "stationary" windows. E-mail address is:www.TruckandCarShop.com . Those guys have alot of good stuff for 64 thru 66 Suburbans so get yourself a catalog. Good Luck with your Sub!

Try Steele for rubber parts. Soffseal is another manufacturer.
