Question about my rebuilt buick brake booster

Well i finally got my 1956 buick special station wagon brake booster back and rebuilt.The question is 2 va***e hoses go to the booster.1 runs of the va***e from the motor the other hose goes to a va***e reserse tank Does it matter which way they are hooked up ? I forgot which way they went.lolThanks Bruce.

 

i dont think it matters but mine had engine vac to the straight up line and res to the 90 degree line
