new twist on valve cover breathers

    Ive been trying to get , just the right look for my valve cover breathers,, I finally decided on the edelbrock vintage look breathers,, and took my valve covers to my machine shop guy and had him machine off the center edelbrock script and center fins,, then I finished the fins by hand to round them off so they looked finished,, I put it all together and think it looks pretty good,,

    Nice but I hope you have a PCV valve somewhere or intend to stock up on those blue wipe down towels the next time you go to Costco. When I tried something similar on one rig 30 something years ago I ended up with the valve covers covered with an oil film after driving it any distance.

    Looks good. We did the same thing on my pop's Pontiac with a BBC using Moon breathers.
