Marty, I gotta agree with you - the fender exemption process started simple but all the points you mention are more than correct. Whether it was my pickup or my roadster I have never been asked by a police officer to view the fender exemption. No doubt you have seen Keith Golder's A roadster with its fenders on? I like how you have mounted fenders to your Tudor as well.
