Does anyone know if anybody makes reproduction seat covers for corvair bucket seats? I can't seem to find anything online...I'm thinking of using a set i have in my '55 chevy.

Same seat frames as Imapala/Chevelle. They do fold differently. Will work fine in your 55. Check with www.ciadellainteriors.com for covers also. Jay

I was thinking that I could just use impala covers...I may just go with cut down drag seats for less weight.

I looked on their site before I posted here...and unless I missed something I couldn't find them. I did see the buick upholstery section and those seats look the same too. I really only need one cover, if I can buy just one?

Same seat. Both coupe and convert. Check the Clark's catalog.

for what it's worth, I put a set of Jeep seats from Summit in my '57 gasser-style wagon.
They look very, very much like the A100 van seats in the Mopar super stocks.
$300 for the pair: new springs, new foam, covered, bolt-in and go.

We're going to get a pair for my wife's Corvair wagon too.
