Does anyone know if spray on window tint is still made? And where to get it? I bought some new gl*** for my car to replace the broken ones. And it doesn't seem to be as green as the older useable gl*** I have. Thanks, Gene.
yeah gl*** tint is a problem. seems like china dominates the market and only comes in a light funky green. I have a door gl*** I've had in the shop for months trying to find a old style blue green tint
Yes I really like the dark green. But I want it to match. So I might have to get more cut so it does. Thanks for the reply. Gene.
I tried that several years ago. Got it from JC Whitney. It ****ed. It was like looking through a gl*** of sea water that was moving. I had to use a razor blade to s****e it all off. re-think your position please.
A professional window tinter can order varying colors and degrees of tint. Shop around and have it done right. The spray **** looks like ****. Every time.
Ditto on the pro tinter. That spray tint has always been ****. It will flake off and there's a good chance that you will have a window full of graffiti. T.J hearts M.S., Pioneer High Rules, you get the picture.
I never thought about a tint guy. I only ever see them use dark gray or bronze. Never thought to ask one if they could get colors. Thanks.
Sounds like the spray tint is about a good of an idea as spray on hair. I won't be trying THAT, either Cosmo
lots of spray tinted gl*** in the day, it was the only way to match the front and rear to the plexigl*** side windows---did not last long...
Is there a tint that doesn't have so much reflection inside at night. I road with a friend (at night) and the reflection was horrible. It was like a strobe light every time we met a car or one came in from the side. I can't tell how blinding it was.
