Cone covering hub with a bracket attached to lugs?

Hey Fellas -
I'm trying to find a cone that would cover the hub and is attached by two brackets that are held onto the rib by the hubs. So it looks like a 5 point star with a circle in the middle that the cone slides through.

I have the cones but need the bracket... i saw the bracket in a basket at the Carlisle swap this weekend but there was only one. Hoping to find online but not sure what it would be called.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Any recommendations on where to find some reasonably priced? Just checked on eBay and most range from $150 to $200. Really wishing now I had found the full set at the swap meet )

 

Try Speedway, they used to sell a repop version.
