Assembly of a 51 Ford car grill?

***embling a 51 Ford car grill, for the first time. I didn't take it out, I bought it freshly chromed but in 15 or more pieces. Where do I start? What hardware do I use?

Google pictures of completed cars and use nuts and bolts? Possibly a box of chrome screws?
