I'm going to use some 35 rear radius rods , I understand how to mount them to the rearend but how did they mount in the front ? I would like to keep them in a triangle. were they originally mounted to a yoke with a ball ? anyone have any pics ? Did they mount to the torque tube ? I know I can cut them and weld in a bung but I was trying not to cut them.

I use a spring shackle bush, and a through bolt and the original eye ends on the wishbones. its a neat setup, and has enough twist in it, whilst being quite stiff.

some older pics of mine; the center part of my X in my 32 is from a 1935, but it is turned around backwards so the ball socket is at the back.

the rear arms are tied together with a 32 front yoke, which is a wide yoke.

33/34 and maybe Model A would work the same as I thought they are a wide yoke like 32.

The other years of yokes put the front of the arms too close together.

^ that's how I did mine. It gives the rear suspension complete, unbound articulation. And it's easy to fab up, no special hardware required....all original Ford stuff!
