House with old cars in Taneytown MD

I posted this on the Maryland board also. The house on 140 outside Taneytown Md that has alot of old cars and the man who owns did not like to sell things is for sale. I drove by there today and there were rollbacks and tow trucks pulling out cars. He had a few cool old cars in there and I was wondering if anyone knew who was lucky enough to finally get those cars.

 

I hope that someone got the cars an they didn't go to THE LAW..

 

...or to the crusher!

 

Wish I could help. Might want to check with the county taxing authority as they may have been claimed to cover delinquent property taxes, meaning they probably got crushed for their s**** value.

I don't have any information, but I've been p***ing that house for years and never bothered to stop in. Then awhile ago, I saw the place was for sale. Still, I never stopped in to talk to the guy. Oh well, snooze ya loose. I guess somebody bought the house and he had to get rid of the yard art.

I would go to whatever tow company was towing them off, and find out. If you wait too long, they may be history. Most states have a 30 day period before they can be crushed, but not all.

Been p***ing it for years going the back way into MD. There were cars THICK in there and stern warnings. ****ed seeing 'em rot but I never wanted to post about it. The guy had a right to his privacy. Hope someone saves some of the cool ones.

 

I heard the owner is moving the cars...not selling them. may have lost his house or sold it.
