Well I dug my 62 series out the other day and the brakes were gone completely, they are suspect at best when working but there is nada now. I ordered rebuild stuff for the drums what I want is an upgraded master, like a wilwood. Does anyone have a size recommendation or another direction I could go? Thanks

Can you just get an updgrade kit with discs in the front ? There are many kits out there for chevy and I bet they cross over to Caddy of the same vintage.

A friend of mine, who owns a shop, took in a restored '56 Cadillac. The owner wanted to upgrade to front disc brakes. They had to send the front spindles into Master Power to have one made up. They also used a Hydro Boost.

Here's a thread where I put a Scarebird kit on my '51 Caddy. Good suff, reasonably priced, easy upgrade.

Thanks for the help guys, scare bird has what I need. They make a bracket that bolts a wilwood master in the stock location.
