I used Alan Grove, and everyone I run with does as well. Nice clean, not- bulky.... Great quality..

Well, it's rather hard to give suggestions when we have no clue as to what engine you have.

Stamped steel that came with that engine from the factory works if they don't set the things too far out to the sides.

Any of the stuff that comes shiny can probably be painted factory bracket black to keep it from looking too newish.

I'd have to agree that as far as aftermarket pieces go the Alan Grove stuff hits pretty close to looking right. http://www.alangrovecomponents.com/

the engine ia a small block chevy- used painted steel valve covers- smoothed out the intake- painted stock type air cleaner. 37 ford coupe has clearance issue not much room to do anything with.plus mustang 2 frontend does not help.ryan reeds 37 coupe engine is the look we were going after. his coupe is a axle car and he is not running air.the busy look of grove brkts would look good painted or not.

I bought Allan Grove but did not like how they sat so I made my own. Drilled out some brackets and slotted them for adjustment.
