32 Roadster Frame Tie Plate

I am trying to find the source of these tie plates to use on my frame. Thanks for your help!

 

I believe that is ElPolacko on hamb. I recognized that Olds engine, and then I remembered him making those hairpin brackets. Industrial Ch***is is his company name I think....in Arizona
