    Wookie bush!...Bwahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

    WOOKIE BUSH!!! BWAHAHAhahahahahahahahahahahaha!

    Oh my god that's funny!

But back to the chicks--the cool thing about girls like Linda and Pam back then is that they were REAL. Kinda the same deal as a steel Deuce and a glass car. Character...real... today's "Perfect" in a cosmetic surgery/South Beach Diet/Bleached hair/Personal Trainer look compared to... Just narually nice. For original and nice, we'll forgive a few dings, a little misalignment, not quite the perfect fit and finish...real.
And while it's nice to look at those perfect versions, and it'd even be fun to...um, "take one out for a spin" one night, I'd much rather have a real one parked in the garage.

    But without the wookie bush.

The biggest difference in the newer photos of the models and their car props Is that Pam and Linda had and have a love and passion for racing and autos. They understood racing and cars. not all just look at me. But they were and are now great to look at....Thanks for the links....Bobby..

That Toni chick has more muscles then all of us on this thread put together! She scares me!

I didn't say you shouldn't look, I just said that I'd rather see/be the real thing as opposed to that "glass" body. Not the kinda girl who screams faster faster while riding in your hotrod. More like, but I just got my hair done!

I've got the Jungle Pam website saved on my computer.:D

I don't know if it's patriotism or what, but that pic sure makes me want to "salute."

I saw this ad for a poster in an old car magazine, spent the last 2 days trying to find it again, it must be really rare, I have a buddy who collects Hurst stuff and even he don't have one.

The hat could go too. Every time I see someone wearing one of those jacked up straw hats I want to take it off and beat them with it...

She works a whole lot more then the start line...............AND I'm STILL not impressed. Gimme a good ol fashioned girl next door with a personality and the capability to grasp an automotive concept ANYDAY.

Now that's HAMB dedication if I ever saw it!! That poster is Killer! I like the pic of Pam squating by the fence reading a newspaper. I'm just not smart enough to know how to transfer it here from her site. Linda and Pam are the opitomy{sp} of "female car guys"., lots of class.

I have recalled the name of the man from cassville ga.{ Forrest Shopshore} I am sure I misspeled. who had all the Ms Vaughn photos. lots of at home and personal photos and other things that were not on the public domaine.. These were some of the higest bid on items at his estate sale. The fun thing about this relationship to me that he was it the dairy busisness..Big tits is big tits. He also had one of her oldsmobiles that sold at the estate auction.

  21. You're all splitting hairs on that girl in the Cowboy hat. If she was laying on your couch in that hat and sunglasses, I guarantee you'd shuffle to snuffle her muffle, hat or not.

I was trying to explain to the guy at the Hurst display at the Mile High Nationals one year the shift plate and rods I needed to hook up to a 65 Muncie and not having much luck. Linda walks up, helps me get what I need and says here ya go. Then she tells me I should sue the camel boys for royalties and take her out to dinner when I collect. After all she says, you were Smokin Joe long before 240 Gordie and that bunch from Camel...

I'd had her sign a poster for me about 10 years before and she still remembered when and where.
That lady could probably tell you what she got for her third birthday. She forgets nothing! She also has a way of fitting right in and impressing everyone around her that's hard to describe. She walks into the room, she owns it. With all the attitudes, rivalries, arguments and general bullshit politics in Drag Racing over the years everybody has been ripped by somebody for something at one time or another. Yet, I don't think I've ever heard anyone say anything bad about Linda. At least nobody who's actually met her. Class act all the way.
