Help me please, any of you old dirt track racers ;) will know exactly what I'm after, Frankland and some others in the good ol days made an adapter so you could run Wide 5 safety hubs on your old early Ford spindles, the spindle adapter was a snout with a 4 bolt flange that bolted straight over the ford stub with a machined spacer on the outside end for support. Anybody out there know where I can get a pair?
I've rescued a steel bodied 34 5W coupe that was an old stockcar, so we're gonna bring it back to life - but better than before! [IMG]

If you have fab. skills frankland has rear snouts that could be adapted for $39.50 apiece, part no.qc0263-5 ,or winters 5155-01

thanks Dude, but our regulators here in NZ won't allow welded components for the street.

  4. inless you can find some used ones i think you is out of luck, unless someone has nos or frankland still list the ends, think they are obsolete

can you use 3/4 ton and machine the back flat and bolt on w the backing plate bolts, think thats what the others are paterned off
