Pic of My Heap On New Speedway Catalog Cover

When I opened my mailbox I saw the car and thought that it was a great looking car.
Saw on the H.A.M.B. it was yours- should have realized that such a perfect specimen
would be from here-nice job!

 

I saw that and said That's a great car!

 

They owe you, ask em for a 10% discount at least, or all the parts listed to your car.

 

I will give Speedway an apology for Mikeys shots that they paid for. I fueled the fire BEFORE I talked to my pal Mike. Maybe they can make it right with raven now as well?

Thanks for the props, everyone. Below is an updated photo of the car that I swiped from Bonsey's old Arizona Deuce Day post. Different wheels and tires, and "Badger" scoops have replaced the round air cleaners.

 

I had no idea about this until 4bangertroy phoned me about it and I checked my mail box. No compensation for me, since the photo belongs to Mike (buick59). Speedway credited the photo to him, so I reckon he got paid for it.

 

Compensation??? you know damn well if it were your car,you would pay Speedway to have it on the cover. JMO.....

While the pic may imply that Speedway's products are used on Mike's car just because it is on the cover doesn't mean that they are on the car unless text says directly so..I am sure [well, pretty sure] that Mike takes it as a compliment and moves on....

 

No wonder that car looked familiar -- very cool, Mike!
